When you transform your thinking, you transform your world.
Many people say they want to change their lives. They go hear a motivational speaker or make a New Year's resolution and get very excited about all the changes they see for themselves.
Or they go to a seminar or read a book, and see that they want to start doing things differently. They may even make a few changes in the first couple of weeks. But then their energy seems to lag. Their enthusiasm plummets.
To produce dramatic and permanent results, you have to change the way you think. Unless there is a shift in mindset, any change or improvement will be minimal and/or short-term.
